Most applications are reviewed and approved within 48 hours. During busy periods it may take up to 72 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email the moment you’re approved — or a message if we need more information.
UK standard shipping is 2–5 working days and is free on every trade order — no threshold, no surcharge. International shipping is available to 30+ countries — contact our trade team for bulk international rates. All orders are fully tracked.
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all orders. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. If something arrived damaged or faulty, contact us at info@kaikoproducts.com with your order number and a photo — we’ll sort it immediately.
Our minimum first order is £99 — intentionally low so it’s easy to trial our range without tying up capital. There’s no minimum on repeat orders. Volume discounts are applied per product based on the quantity you order, and you’ll see the exact tier pricing on each individual product page once your trade account is approved.
